Project Summary
Robinson was awarded an office renovation project for the Association of the Miraculous Medal, a national shrine located in Perryville, Missouri.
The project included renovation of 12,000 square feet of office space including HVAC modifications, new fire suppression system, electrical power and lighting, walls, flooring, windows, etc.
The interior office was completely demolished and renovated. It features a stone accent wall and pilasters in the corridor. Exterior building improvements included two new vestibule entry additions with stone, brick and EIFS; decorative stone entry wall, lighting, metal siding modifications, painting, etc. Site civil work included new concrete sidewalks, storm sewer modifications, asphalt paving, underground fire line, and water service.
